The summit of Ben Hough at 119m is marked by a WWII building constructed by the RAF and an Ordnance Survey block. From this point a long set of steps leads down to Hough House. The small island of Tiree is located off the Scottish west coast. It is the remotest of the Inner Hebrides. Azure sea and clear skies the wide variety of wild flowers, historic townships and a more relaxed pace of life has become a magnet for discerning tourists. For details begin with the Tiree Map page.
