Ben Hough with a modest height of 119m is one of Tiree's hills. Hough, neighbouring Moss & Kilkenneth lie in the northwest of the island.
MacCallum's Cairn was erected to commemorate Donald MacCallum who was minister of Heylipol Church from 1887-1889. During this short period he did much in support of crofters rights on Tiree and won widespread admiration for his efforts.
